Assistant Restaurant Manager
Exciting opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join one of our starred restaurants in the heart of Tuscany. Situated in the heart of Tuscany, Relais Borgo Santo Pietro is a luxury five-stars boutique hotel and spa, featuring 20 individually styled rooms and suites, a Michelin-starred restaurant and elegant Trattoria, a holistic spa, an onsite cooking school and natural skincare laboratory and 13 acres of landscaped gardens. We are looking for two dedicated and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to embrace this opportunity in the heart of Tuscany for our two restaurants, our Michelin starred restaurant Meo Modo and our traditional Trattoria sull’Albero. The role primary responsibility is to assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the smooth operation of the restaurant and maintain high levels of service and excellence in customer service, overseeing day-to-day operations from breakfast to room service, fine dining and private events, supervise set-ups, breakdowns, staffing levels and quality of service, ensure that all tasks are well organized and that the expectations of host are exceeded. S/he must maintain and control a high level of exceptional guest service. We would like to meet a professional capable to communicate efficiently within the department and employee partners, to execute high level of service at all times further to support the manager in staff training. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to consistently driving high standards and achieving service excellence. Those who are driven, are adept at building relationships, and have a single-minded focus on delivering quality should apply. The candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a fine dining restaurant, 4 o 5 luxury hotels or starred restaurants, and fluently speaks English and Italian. For this full time position we offer a seasonal contract from July to end of October, lodging and meals. All CVS must be sent including authorization to the processing of personal data ex D.
